Property management company looking for a reliable cleaner who can work independently and efficiently. Responsibilities would included cleaning vacant units in a thorough and quick method. We will provide training to those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Main cleaning responsibilities include: Cleaning appliances Vacuuming Mopping floors Wiping inside of cabinets Cleaning bathrooms Dusting blinds Wash walls, handles, light switch covers as needed any other cleaning as needed Qualities needed: Good eye for detail, must be through Quick and efficient Must be able to work independently and manage cleaning tools and products Communicate with property managers and report issues Able to manage your schedule and do cleanings by set deadlines Please email resume and cover letter.
