Hang curtain divider to my ceiling

I bought a 15 foot rod and curtain, with various ceiling holders to divide my living room into a bedroom. I spent half the day and a dozen holes in the ceiling, trying to install it, and afterward, the entire curtain fell. Clearly I have no idea what I'm doing. If someone that knows what they are doing and can install it for me, I will pay them cash. This should only take, max 3-4 hours. I will provide the screws and anchors that I have, and ceiling hooks, but if you need to get anything else, within reason, take it out of the 100 dollars.
