Need to rehome a bearded dragon

We are looking to rehome a bearded dragon named Rooster. We love the guy, but our lives got very busy very quickly. He hasn't gotten the attention that he deserves in the last few weeks (and we don't anticipate that changing any time soon) so we believe it's best to let him move on to a home where he will get more attention. He will come with his lights, water bowl, food dish, hides, basking log. He will not come with a tank because his tank is already getting closer to the smaller side, so please have a 40g available for him. We are not asking for a rehoming fee, but we want to ensure that he is going to a better home (otherwise rehoming was pointless) so we will probably be asking a lot of questions.
