This class is for students that would like to learn ways to be more productive and develop plans/strategies/routines to optimize time.
Tony Tepedino, M. Ed., Dean of Student Life at Allendale Columbia School will be the guide for this course.
Do you struggle with getting work done on time? Do parents and teachers use the word "potential" when talking about your grades? Do you feel like there is a disconnect between what you know and your grades? Have you even wondered what is getting in the way? Does all of this frustrate you?
If this sounds like you, or something you would like to learn more about, then this is the class for you! We will work together to explore habits of mind, and current neuroscience techniques to "hack" your habits and personalize routines for you to be more productive. Who knows, you may even find yourself happier!
Potential Outcomes:
- Understanding what gets in the way of being more productive
- Development of personalized plans/strategies/routines to optimize your time to work more productively.
