Description
Join us as we welcome in the wonder, beauty and inspiration of natures transition from Fall to Winter. Open blue skies, invigorating temps, bare trees revealing birds in action. There is nothing like connecting with nature in the winter months. The calm, quiet energy of the forest inspires us to truly pay attention to what is going on both outside of ourselves and inside as well. Allow us to guide you on a beautiful and meditative hike as we introduce you to the benefits of mindful walking in the heart of Winter. This practice teaches us how to slow down and align with the energy of the natural world. Through contemplation, reverence and gratitude, we will open our hearts and our spirits to a new appreciation of being outdoors in the colder months. We will conclude our time together by warming up by a fire while we create winter mandalas out of materials we harvest from our walk.
