The MASS Classic is an annual sanctioned USA Weightlifting meet held by MASS (Moran Academy). Prizes for overall and session winners. The MASS Classic is an annual sanctioned USA Weightlifting meet held by MASS (Moran Academy). Registration will begin in October and end one week prior to the event. A start list will be sent the evening that registration ends. There will be 80 spots for lifters. SCHEDULE: A preliminary schedule is listed below. Please be aware that sessions may be added or times adjusted based on registration. No times are final until you receive your email the week of the meet. 1st Session: Weigh-In 6:00 am - Start Time 8:00 am 2nd Session: Weigh-In 8:00 am – Start Time 10:00 am 3rd Session: Weigh-In 10:00 am - Start Time 12:00 pm 4th Session: Weigh-In 12:00 pm - Start Time 2:00 pm 5th Session: Weigh-In 2:00 pm - Start Time 4:00 pm 6th Session: Weigh-In 4:00 pm - Start Time 6:00 pm ORDER OF LIFTS: Snatch, Clean & Jerk. All weights used in Kilograms All lifters must have a current USAW membership in order to lift. Membership and equipment will be checked at weigh-in. For specifics on equipment allowances, please refer to the IWF Rules page linked here. Lifters must compete in a singlet. Youth lifters must weigh while wearing a singlet (there will no exceptions to this rule). DEADLINE: All entries must be received by January 22, 2021.
