Come weave with us! All ages welcome. Free event. Space limited and you must reserve a ticket for entry. Join us this Holiday Season for a drop-in Weaving day! Visitors are encouraged to spend some time in our gallery space and try out a few different hand looms and weaving activities. We’ll have plenty of yarn and materials on hand for you to use. The event is free and all ages are welcome! Please note: Due to Coronavirus precautions, the Champlain Mill main entrance doors are temporarily locked to the general public. Only pre-registered visitors will be greeted at the main entrance at your timed entry for admittance into the building. Please be on time! We will not be able to open the door for anyone who arrives late. Mask wearing is mandatory. Thank you! The Heritage Winooski Mill Museum is an important resource for educators and students, a value to the community, and a substantial contribution to documenting the industrial and cultural history of Vermont. We offer customized programming for school groups from fourth grade through college as well as for homeschool and community groups.  Through engaging discussions and supporting activities, students can explore meaningful questions relevant to today's world while learning about local industrial and cultural history.
