This is an empowering hands-on training event to help men & women feel safer and build confidence in defending themselves and/or a loved one Building a strategy and developing skills will be your key to making appropriate decisions in a high-stress situation. If you do not develop these strategies and skills, you will be attempting to devise a plan on the fly which is impossible under that kind of stress. Although this class is covering a very serious topic, we attempt to keep the class fun, engaging, informative and upbeat throughout. MODULE 1 of 2 covers some of the most advanced techniques currently available and utilized by the Israeli military which include gun threats: Front, Side, Rear, Hostage, with Barrier & assassination style threat. We will also work variances of these. Additionally: multiple strikes are trained to assist with gun takeaways NOTE: The average participant typically has no experience so no need to be intimidated. All techniques are broken down in easy to learn steps so even the most novice can become proficient.
