Learn the basics to CNC! This CNC course is a prequalification for use on the X-carve CNC at The Maker's Space. A qualified teacher instructs you in the safe and efficient use of the Inventables X-Carve. This four hour course covers both the software and hardware use of the machine. This course includes all materials and tools so you just need to bring yourself and a pair of closed toed shoes.  Courses are limited to 6 participants per date. Please contact The Maker's Space directly to ask about scheduling or other availability. We also offer some other beginner and intermediate courses! COVID-19 POLICY We follow the North Carolina State Mandated Covid-19 guidelines. We ask that you please wear a mask and maintain social distancing for the entirety of the course. All machines are regularly sanitized.
