Just in time for the New Year, we've got a clinic to help you start walking or running for 2022!
Come learn about our beginner walking and running program and get educated on how to successfully accomplish any training program you start. This clinic is on the same evening as our Get Up and Move launch event, you'll have an opportunity to learn a little bit about this upcoming beginner program as well.
Our Training Program Coordinator and Head Coach Charissa Strickland will talk about what it takes to start, continue and finish a fitness program. She will go over tips on how to be successful and consistent in your training, good form, injury prevention, and recovery.
