Licensed General Contractor seeking a Construction Laborer for residential remodeling projects predominantly located in the City of San Francisco. Looking to hire a long term employee that is reliable, trustworthy, hardworking, and eager to learn. Projects include Bathroom & Kitchen Renovations, Deck Construction & Repair, along with smaller maintenance projects. Initial daily tasks for this position include assisting with daily remodeling construction, carrying heavy tools & equipment, cleanup, organizing the job site, and other tasks. A self motivated individual has the ability to quickly advance within the small business and learn the trades in the process. Requirements to Apply: - Honest, dependable & punctual - Provide legal documents to work in the U.S. Bonus Skills (not necessary to apply): - Have own hand tools - Plumbing or electrical experience - General construction experience This position is for 40 hours per week.
