We are seeking Cabinet Refacing Technicians to work on kitchen makeover projects within the San Francisco Bay area and surrounding communities. Interested teams or individuals will be committed to one project a week lasting 3-5 days. Plenty of work to keep you going throughout the year. Job Responsibilities include: Ability to pick up projects from warehouse and transport to job site Work with project manager to review job requirements for each project Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily Communicate with project manager and/or owner daily about project progress Work quickly and efficiently Provide excellent customer service! Preferred Skillset: Excellent attention to detail Able to drill new doors for hinges, install new hinges, and hinge restrictors as needed Able to install doors and drawer fronts Able to install roll-out trays and other interior cabinet accessories Ability to install decorative hardware Ability to measure accurately for refacing projects Ability to safely operate power hand tools including a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, drill, router, planer, and powered nail gun Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time Ability to stay on task and complete projects within set time frame Additional Skills (preferred but not required). Prior experience in cabinet refacing Prior experience in cutting moldings Able to install trim moldings such as scribe, base molding, & crown molding
