He was tied up and abandoned in a yard with a collar that was cutting into him. He's been to the vet and it is healing up well. He's full blooded, around 6 months old, house broken. He isn't fixed. He's been very good with my dog and cat. Rehoming fee to make sure he goes to a good home. He does still have a spot on his neck that will need to be cleaned and doctored where the collar was too tight.
