Need Christmas Help

My wife and I have been sick most of the year and have two girls (Ages 8 and 5 plus two 18 year olds (One adopted) at home and have been helping a father who lost his home and has two children at our home (ages 8 girl and 14 boy). We are doing our best and even got a little help from our church but we are on food stamps and our refrigerator just died with all of our food inside. We need help in anyway possible. God is Real and I felt that I would put my pride behind me and ask for any help that anyone can provide. I thank you for our family has been under incredible stress these last few months.
