CARSTAR Roberts Collision is looking for a full time, organized, detail-oriented inventory manager. This is a full time position, Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. Medical and vacation benefits are available. Monthly bonuses are also available. Compensation is determined based on experience. The right candidate will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as; • Maintains database entries, performs physical count of inventory, as well as places and receives orders in a timely manner. • Assists in maintaining records of shipping invoices, running inventories, purchase orders and deliveries related to parts, tools and equipment. • Reports undocumented/unordered shipments, shortages and/or damaged items and goods to appropriate authorities. • Investigates and corrects discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of inventory. • Provide clear spoken and written information to supervisors regarding status of situations or orders. • Uses a variety of software platforms.
