Create Your Vision for 2022! This event will include: ⁃ Guided Meditation ⁃ Reiki, Aromatherapy & Sound Healing ⁃ Guided Art instruction ⁃ All art materials including 16 x 20 canvas Conscious Creations Inc. has partnered with Center for the Higher Self to bring you Mindful Painting events so that you can access your inner artist with the intention to express not to impress. Although, you may be impressed with what you can create with the right tools, environment and guidance. We set the space with a guided meditation that includes aromatherapy and sound healing so that you can feel grounded throughout your conscious creation. What makes Mindful Painting events unique is that everyone gets to choose whatever it is that flows through them. Whether the painting idea is premeditated or comes up as you go, the instructor will help you with painting techniques, color theory and any advice to help create your vision. No experience needed. Melody is a reiki level 2 practitioner and an art instructor for 11 years. She created Conscious Creations Inc. to give others an opportunity to use painting as a creative outlet for healing, connection and joy. This event will be centered around visualizing what you would like to manifest for the year 2022. We will begin the event with a guided meditation accompanied with light reiki, sound healing and card pulling. You can use this opportunity to create gifts for loved ones, decorate your home or just releasing any emotional turmoil surrounding the past year. We aim to hold space for you to get clarity on what you will call in for the new year and express yourself through a creative practice that will set the tone for the year 2022. CFHS is an interactive space that hosts strong programming based around healing, community, and movement. Transformative workshops, yoga and immersive concious events are offered to encourage self exploration and foster community connection.
