Each year our trauma-informed instructors teach yoga to more than 2,000 people struggling with their mental health in shelters, public housing communities, and treatment centers. Yoga provides the foundation for conflict management, better sleep, and the physical and emotional well-being that enables individuals to make positive choices, and assist in taking on life.
