Description

Goals with GRACE...this year we are not creating New Years Resolutions that you don't stick to more than a couple weeks. We are here for more. We are here for goals that bring you so much positive energy and JOY. We are here for taking ALIGNED action towards our own vision for our lives, not doing what everyone else is doing. We are here to start/continue deep levels of transformation, not surface level health goals. We are here for goals with grace. Creating sustainable and integrated habits. We are here to step back into the driver's seat of our own life, not the passenger's seat attaching to external/societal pressures. In our Goals with Grace Workshop with wellness coach, Jess Hatheway from The Wholistic Picture: - we will go over an evaluation of 2021 to explore what areas are needing our attention and love in 2022 - create your own unique vision for the new year (and for your life) so you can take aligned action towards that vision - develop goals (with grace) and set intentions for the areas that we want to focus on most in 2022 - discuss how to navigate seasons of transitions and stick to these goals and intentions consistently - share ideas for creating vision boards and other tools to help you stay reminded of your goals throughout the year PLUS we will do a wine tasting as well to spice up the evening! (after all, everything is a little more fun with wine and friends) Join us for Goals with Grace Workshop as we ring in the New Year with taking aligned action towards your vision that is actually sustainable and will have you feeling EXCITED for bringing more joy into your life. Must be 21+ to attend, valid photo ID required. Per CDC guidelines a mask is not required inside or outside for those who are fully vaccinated.
