Enjoy performances by Chattanooga’s outstanding young artists in dance, instrumental music, vocal performance, and theatre. Sunday Showcase will highlight and celebrate school-age talent and the organizations that foster and support that talent. The production will feature performances by Chattanooga’s outstanding young artists in dance, instrumental music, vocal performance and theatre. Funds raised by the event will support the Performing Arts League’s outreach and performing arts education for area school children. The event will be under the direction of Steve Ray, Associate Head, Dept. of Performing Arts at UTC. Performing organizations include: Barger Academy of Fine Arts Movement Makers, Chattanooga Ballet, Center for Creative Arts Choo Choo Kids, Chattanooga Girls Choir, Chattanooga Symphony & Opera Youth Orchestras, Chattanooga Theatre Centre Youth Theatre, Sai Natyalaya, Center for the Creative Arts Project Motion Dance ensemble, and Civic Ballet of Chattanooga. Please note: We want each audience member and our performers to have a safe and healthy experience as we come together to share our love of our youth's talent. To ensure this, attendees will be expect to adhere to the following guidelines for this event: All attendees must present their vaccination card or a negative COVID-19 test taken within the past 72 hours for entry.All attendees, regardless of vaccination status, must wear a mask over their nose and mouth for the duration of the event.
