ROLE, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Parts Manager position within ETI is one of the most valuable supporting roles for efficient daily business. This position will include the following expectations. Other supporting roles may be expected as the dynamics of the company changes. Parts Manager Job Description: § Source the appropriate vendor for purchase o Comparing different vendors on price and availability § Order needed hydraulic parts o Enter orders in system/on work orders o Receive parts in system/add needed parts to each work order o Create receipts and do necessary parts paperwork § Check in parts §Manage Inventory parts o Develop a rolling inventory for hydraulic parts in the shop o Manage the inventory of parts/make corrections as needed § Source small replacement cylinders o Provide a quote on cylinders that are beyond repair Lining up material for machinists o Assisting salesperson, customers, and delivery drivers Preferred Skills § Measurement based math § Hydraulic/Mechanical Knowledge § Can DO attitude § Inventory Experience § Computer/Tech Savvy o Excel Knowledge Inventory Knowledge Must have a sense of urgency and customer service skills Team Leader Must have a valid drivers license Job Type: Full-time
