Fluffy cat needs home

A fluffy black kitty with a fluffy tail has been coming to my porch since late September and eating with other stray cats that I feed I trapped him on November 18 and got him neutered, rabies and distemper shots. It took about two weeks for him to let me pet him. And for weeks let me pick him up and hug him. I cannot keep him though. Fluffy is the name he responds to. He’s really cute. I cannot keep them though and I feel horrible keeping them locked in the basement bathroom. I don’t have time I’m never home. He’s afraid of men or my husband anyway, and skittish around other animals. I want him to be an indoor cat. Do you think you have room in your heart and home for him? Please reply
