Description

We are looking for a candidate to lead/drive a crew performing the physical snow removal duties such as snow shoveling/blowing, as well as applying salt to sidewalks afterwards. The work is primarily throughout the metro-Milwaukee area and occurs during or immediately after snow events. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Driving company vehicle with crew and equipment to assigned locations. • Loading & unloading of equipment and materials as needed. • Perform necessary shoveling, blowing, and salting at each location as needed. • Use company vehicles, equipment, and tools safely and properly as instructed. • Clean company vehicles, equipment, and tools as needed to ensure proper functionality. QUALIFICATIONS: • Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR (driving history) is required for crew lead position. • Reliable transportation to and from work is required. • Prior experience using commercial snow removal equipment / tools is not required. • Ability to lift up over 40 pounds on a semi-regular basis is required. • Ability to complete assigned tasks as instructed by supervisor. • Must have strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team. NECESSARY AVAILABILITIES: • Must be able to work when needed as determined by weather. • Ability to work over 40 hours a week when necessary.
