Here are the top stories in Norfolk today: Norfolk fire officials said a person was brought to the hospital after a residential fire on Tuesday. Dispatchers said the fire was reported around 5:40 p.m. in the 1400 block of Ramsey Road. Fire officials said firefighters arrived at the scene to find smoke showing from a one-story single-family home. (WAVY.com) Tuesday evening, the Norfolk Police Department was on the scene of a motorcycle crash which resulted in one man being taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. The crash happened on the 1900 block of Lafayette Boulevard, which is at the intersection of Tidewater Drive.
