PITTSBURGH, PA — Zach Banner certainly isn't the first man to make a marriage proposal on one of the Mt. Washington overlooks. But give the Steelers' offensive lineman credit for doing so in a way certain to prove his devotion to his girlfriend. Banner arranged the overlook with multiple lit candles, a red carpet, rose petals and the words "Marry Me" in large illuminated letters. The proposal occurred Sunday after the Steelers victory over the Tennessee Titans. Alexandra Meeks accepted the proposal, according to a tweet from Banner illustrating the extent to which he attempted to persuade her.
