City offices will be closed at noon on Thursday, December 23 through Friday, December 24.  We will re-open on Monday, December 27 at 8 am.   City Hall is open Monday through Friday as follows: 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.:      Walk-Up Service (No Appointments Required) 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.:      Appointments Only 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.:      Virtual Hours: Phone/Online Services Only Please call (805) 517-6200 for appointments or virtual service.
