Around 5:30 p.m., the subject was walking on the sidewalk, and as he passed a restaurant on Broughton Street, he smashed one of the front windows. The male then left the scene. The unknown subject is described as a black male who wore a grey camouflage hoodie, blue jeans, and white shoes.
