Press release from the City of Atlanta: 12/20/2021 3:19 PM Mayor's Office of Communications 55 Trinity Avenue, Suite 2500 • Atlanta, Georgia 30303 City of Atlanta to Open Warming Center Ahead of Frigid Weather ATLANTA—The City of Atlanta announced the opening of an emergency warming center in anticipation of frigid temperatures. The center will open tonight, Monday, December 20, 2021 at 8:00 p.m. and will remain open through Tuesday morning at 7:00 a.m., December 21, 2021. The warming center is located at the Old Adamsville Recreation Center at 3404 Delmar Ln NW, Atlanta, GA 30331.
