It is with a heavy heart that I say this - my husband and I need to re-home our cat Oliver. He is an absolute love - he’s super affectionate, inquisitive, and friendly. We rescued him from the SF SPCA when he was a newborn, back in 2015. He is declawed (required by a former landlord) and an indoor kitty. The reason for the re-home is that he can be territorial with other animals - specifically, our recently-adopted golden retriever and an aggressive neighborhood cat that lingers around our home. As a result, he sometimes sprays to mark his territory. We have tried medication, but the best fix would be a home without a dog. A high-rise apartment or condo (without neighborhood cats) would be a bonus. If you are interested in taking in our cuddly love Oliver, or know someone who might be, please let us know.
