Atherton Homes is seeking a Construction General Laborer to join our team. Experience with the construction of single family homes and/or apartments is not required, but is helpful. This person must be willing to exhibit and/or be able to quickly learn the following skills: * General cleanup of our construction site, general work area, and our construction supply area. * Must work well with others, take direction and be able to work alone when necessary. * Must be aware of deadlines for each task/project which must be completed in a timely manner. * Help ensure the established objectives for the company are accomplished within the prescribed time frame & budget. * Be willing to learn how to operate a tractor and keep it properly maintained. * Candidate must have a reliable mode of transportation to and from work. * Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, reaching above/below shoulder level. * Ability to lift or position up to 50 lbs. * Punctuality * Follow all Covid-19 requirements including wearing a mask while on our jobsite, wash and sanitize hands regularly. At times, this job may entail contact with owners, subcontractors, inspectors, city officials, co-workers, and the general public which requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism.
