Looking for a person to provide turnover services for our single floor 2BR, 1 BA Airbnb property in Youngstown. This involves, but is not limited to: -Cleaning (dusting, mopping floors, wiping surfaces, emptying refrigerator/freezer, cleaning bathtub and surround, toilet, etc.) -Laundering of all bed linens and bathroom towels, including any required stain treatment, at nearby laundromat (we provide laundry card) -Vacuuming -Sanitizing of frequently-touched surfaces (light switches, faucets) -Emptying garbage -Remaking beds with clean linens and restocking bathroom linens -Noting if any household items are missing or damaged after a guest leaves Airbnb cleaning protocol is followed. Communication skills and attention to cleanliness and detail are required. Must have a car. Cleaning experience preferred.
