Position Outline: Quality workmanship, outstanding customer service abilities and able to provide our customers with the highest standards of service while maintaining integrity and rapport. We're looking for a team player who is trustworthy, honest and reliable. Duties and Responsibilities: (could be more or less) · Able to operate termite treatment equipment and maintain all equipment provided to you · Willing to assist in rodent proofing work and trapping services · Provide quality work and capable of explaining the work you are rendering · Collecting on the services rendered or contacting office for payment requirements for client. · Excellent communication and customer service skills · Work Monday through Friday 7:30-5pm. 1 Saturday a month and occasional overtime if needed and approved. Busy seasons may require working until 6pm. Requirements: Applicator in Branch 3 (will train right candidate) Determined to acquire a Branch 3 Field Rep license Termite treatment experience (will train right candidate) Wood experience a plus but not required Safe driving record Good references Clean background (must be able to get licensed in the Industry) What is Provided: Extensive training and support Uniforms Company work vehicle which employees may take home (gas is covered) Cell phone Holiday pay Sick Pay Vacation pay Medical and dental 401K retirement plan Final note: Active Pest Control is well established servicing small contracts to large City and State Contracts.
