Machine/Excavation Operator

Expanding custom home builder seeking experienced machine/excavation operator in greater Cowlitz County. Must be proficient with the following equipment, and able to operate unsupervised: - Full size and mini excavators - Track steers - Bulldozer - Graders - Compactors - Trailer hauling - Additional equipment a plus Must have a valid driver’s license Additional certifications (CESCL, CDL, etc. a plus) Skills required: - Knowledge of residential excavation such as foundation dig-outs, basements, driveways, underground utilities, drainage, road approaches, proper sloping, and backfills - Able to self-manage and problem solve - Must be able to communicate effectively with project managers, local municipalities, and contractors/suppliers - Knowledge of all underground utilities and installations - Must know L&I safety requirements and adhere to them Wage and Schedule: - Wage depending on experience - 100% company paid medical benefits - Company match retirement account - Up to 5 weeks paid vacation - Company profit sharing - Traditionally 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday Send resume and list of qualifications via email
