We are currently hiring a FULL-TIME Porter / Grounds Keeper. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, and Tuesday- Saturday ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Physically walk the property on a frequent basis and remove litter and debris from the grounds. Ensure that the pool areas, laundry rooms, mailrooms, dumpster areas, and recreation areas remain neat and free of litter at all times. Ensure that the grounds adjacent to the road, in front of the office, to and from the walkways, and in between buildings remain near and free of litter at all times.
