I paid over $750 to have a large Christmas tree outside my home to have Christmas lights installed. I thought I hired a very nice 30 year old young man to do it from here whose name is Tom and said he is an electrician. He has an ad up under Holiday Lights in the skilled services area. Him and his friend used different types of lights, white as well as green cord, and only installed roughly 6-7 feet of the tree. I paid him to light the ENTIRE tree. Looks like a highschooler would have done a better job! He initially said his friend was going to come over and check the connection, never showed of course, but Tom doesn’t respond to texts anymore or phone calls. He knows I have 2 types of cancer and really just wanted a Merry Christmas. I also have a 7 year old with special needs who was excited to have the tree lit. I can’t pay again. Of course he was paid up front in full. 😭 I just wanted to alert everyone on here. It takes a real jerk to scam a sick woman. But you know what they say, “Karma, baby.”
