Description

We have A 9 month old Rottie/Staffie/Mastiff mix puppy named Bernadette available to the right home. She is not in any danger of going to the pound or dumped off anywhere- I simply wish to see if there is a home out there more suited to her needs! She is: Fully housebroken/crate trained overnights fine with bunnies, cats, kittens, chickens, ducks, and other large dogs, as well as older children and goats Susceptible to fleas and needs a well-balanced diet to prevent skin issues capable of sticking close to her front door and has great recall with her name a genuine cave dog who needs a quiet kennel to retreat to when tired or scared She is not: good with small kids- loves to use her front paws (as Rottweilers do) to play, which is bad for young kids due to her size able to be left alone for long periods of time- separation anxiety kicks in around hour 4 leash trained ok with pigs friendly with unknown people who come near her house vaccinated for Rabies due to my other Mastiff's adverse reactions to it- including aggressive behavior and chronic digestive problems My kids and I have 3 other dogs, including a second a Mastiff puppy, but the other puppy is much more calm with the kids. Bernadette is ok with us, but she has to continuously be separated from the family while I am working because she can hurt my youngest just trying to play with him. She is a very sweet dog, and I am fine keeping her as long as it takes to find a home suitable for her needs. The attached pictures are of her parents, as well as her baby picture and a few of her with her adopted sibling. She is sitting at 85 lbs now and is not done growing. I am asking 200.00 for her price-wise but the biggest concern is a home that is a best fit for her. Thank you, and Happy Holidays!
