Put my Echo CS-400 back together

Small engine mechanic wanted. I tried taking the limiter caps off of the hi and lo jets, screwed that up big time now they’re stuck in in there. Then I dug myself a bigger hole by taking the engine apart so now not only is my ego bruised but my saw is done for as well. Willing to pay a fair price, and throw in some booze as well. I was given a top handle echo cs 300T that has been sitting in the rain for over a year. If I had the knowledge to restore I would but it’s obvious that I’m not equipped to do so. Willing to trade that plus cash. Like I said whatever is fair. None of the saw shops will touch it so this is my last hope. I have a small work shop and you can use whatever tools I have.
