Searching for a mutually beneficial relationship regarding access to a modest art studio space for me to work at. Best case scenario: An estate with guest quarters where I can work, can come and go as I please and is secure from theft and prying eyes. I am most comfortable with an art space benefactor who is female or presents as such. Males can be considered if mindful and sensitive. Skills I have to offer - digital art - logos - gardening (minimal) - sound design - NFTs - photography. Locations can be situated anywhere in Santa Cruz and Santa Clara Counties (SF Bay Area if situation is irresistible). I am a male in my fifties, immaculate, organized and respectful. I'm not a submissive looking for a dominant. I'm highly aware of trauma-bonding, narcissism and other toxic behaviors and will not abide by those traits in a person I am in a network/agreement/friendship with.
