Car Accident 12/20 need witness

Hello, yesterday at 5:20pm, intersection of Willagillespie and the entrance to Delta Highway, a truck turned into my car and totaled it. While I was still sitting, figuring out if I was hurt, I heard another driver telling the driver of the truck that he didn't have the right of way, explaining the light to him, but by the time I could get out of the vehicle and come to my senses they were gone. The other driver is now claiming he had a green arrow. I'm injured, with a totaled car, and no witnesses. I know there were about a dozen vehicles present.
