Wanted: commercial banner made up and installed

We want to install a fabric banner with our corporate name and logo on the front of our building in New Bedford. We have the landlord's permission to do so. It will mount on two posts protruding from the face of the building (see photo). The lower post is about 10' off the ground, and the upper post is probably 12' or so above that. Here's the rub: it's very very windy on our street, so we have to come up with a banner that can deal with that. It's going to be left up 24x7 so we need something seriously burly. So the job would be (i) to design and have made up a banner [we'll obviously give you graphics files for the lettering/logo/etc.] and then (ii) install it.
