I own several apartment buildings in Worcester and I’m looking for a person with the skills and experience to repaint apartments as tenants move. Ultra Cover white semi-gloss on both walls and trim. Looking for a clean, bright and professional finish. I have two / 2 bedroom apartments in need of painting. One person, 2.5 days per apartment and all necessary paint and equipment supplied 5-6 days of work. Hoping to develop a relationship with a person who I can count on as apartments need attention. Painting experience a must and the unit must look clean and professionally painted each time. Time generally isn’t an issue and it can work within your other projects, but completing each project in the time agreed is a must.
