About us We are an Office Equipment Dealer located in New Haven CT. We serve companies large and small with Xerox Copiers and other document solutions. We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative and warehouse manager. A customer service representative, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The warehouse manager will be responsible to prepare orders for delivery of new copiers, and the management of returned copiers that were upgraded. Responsibilities • Manage incoming calls (sales, on-site service requests or tech support, supplies, or billing inquiries). • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools. • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. • Sign for incoming orders into the warehouse. • Coordinate deliveries with customers, and in-house resources, including driver, trainer, and back-office. • Prepare shipping labels. • Order & Track parts. • Copiers will be reporting live status in real-time, if there is a non-reporting machine, calling customers and assisting them on getting the machine reporting again. • Updating inventories of supplies, parts, accessories, and equipment. • Generating removal orders / RMA of the machine from our warehouse to destination of return. • Configure copier orders by installing necessary components prior to delivery. • Wrapping copiers for delivery, and prepare documents needed for signature for the driver, and collecting signed documents. • Inventory incoming machines. • You will be trained on how to successfully complete every task given to you. Skills • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Computer skills and comfortable with technology, (we will train you on the specific programs we use). • Comfortable with handling Copiers and willing to train on the equipment we sell. Schedule M-T 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Friday 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Job Types: Part-time Salary: $18.00 per hour Experience: • Customer service • Warehouse experience Work Location: New Haven, CT
