CARETAKER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.) Make a daily sweep of entire building to pick up debris inside and outside of buildings, check
mechanical room, laundry rooms, and exit lights.
2.) Keep hallway carpets vacuumed.
3.) Keep laundry rooms clean, wipe off counter, machines, clean window, sweep and mop floor, and
carry out trash.
4.) Keep entryways clean. Sweep and mop entryway floors, clean windows inside and out. Sweep
sidewalks if necessary.
5.) Keep hallway walls clean.
