Schedule: Monday-Friday 10am-6:30pm Mirabella Seattle is a beautiful modern Retirement Community located in South Lake Union.  We have an opening for an experienced and motivated HVAC Engineer who is a team player and can function independently but also collaborate effectively with residents, vendors and staff. You will be responsible for repairing and overseeing maintenance on all major equipment, HVAC system, water source heat pumps, refrigeration equipment and fire system and emergency response support. 2-3 years of HVAC, plumping and general preventive maintenance is preferred.
