Redtail, an underground utilities, sitework, and public works construction company, is seeking a qualified and experienced Estimator. The ideal candidate will harbor a passion for construction projects and have a complete understanding of utilities installation, grading and all other aspects of sitework. The Estimator's job is to source and bid new projects, track ongoing projects to assure profitability, interface with clients, and assist Superintendents with project kick-off and schedule adherence. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience estimating projects for a construction company performing underground utilities installation, site work and public works projects. Candidate Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft applications (Project, Outlook, Excel, Word etc.) Experience with HCSS software (Heavy Bid & Heavy Job) 2+ years in an estimator position at a similar construction company 8+ years in the construction industry Benefits: Industry competitive Salary Company paid Medical, Dental, Vision 401K with company match Company paid cell phone Company provided vehicle and fuel card
