We've got a really interesting portfolio of properties in Fort Thomas including 64 apartment units, 25 self storage units, and a couple of office buildings. We're looking for a maintenance supervisor that can take care of them for us. Average of 1-2 maintenance calls a day + unit turns.
*Experience required
*+$2/hour if HVAC certified
*General knowledge of the trades, including electric, plumbing, drywall, small appliances, etc
*Painting
