Move basement rough-in plumbing drains

I am finishing my unfinished basement. Basement bathroom drains are roughed-in. I need the drains moved to new locations for the bathroom where I want it. Work to include breaking up concrete, move drains 9-12 ft (approximately) with traps, pour concrete to finish. Picture shows drains where they are now - blue work boxes are where drains need to be moved to. Need estimate for work including materials (PVC, traps and concrete mix). Work to start soonest.
