Looking for a handyman with references for the following jobs. If you cannot do all jobs please specify what you can do. I received multiple quotes so I am entering some quotes from a previous projects. All supplies will be provided or you will be reimbursed for any supplies or parts. Ceiling fan hung in dining room-$50-125 2 toilets and ring replaced - $150-200 both toilets Laminated or plank vinyl installed on kitchen floor (5x8)- $125-$200 Light fixture in 2 baths -$40-60 each Fan replaced in 1 baths- $50-$100 each Metal sliding closet doors replaced $50-75 each Install 1 under the counter cabinet in kitchen where the trash compactor was located-$50-$100 Laminate or vinyl on two bath floors (4x5) with caulk $50-75 each Drywall, mud, and finish bathroom ceiling (5x6)- $50- $75 each Install gas stove $75-125 Replace dripping pipe elbow pipe underneath kitchen sink-$50-75 Dishwasher install-$75-$125 Install range hood $50-75 Install bedroom doors and swinging kitchen door-$50-$99 each Remove old appliances- refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, trash compactor -$75-125 Kitchen faucet $50-75 Replace 2 bath faucets-$50-$75 each Scrape and replace caulk bath tubs $20-25 each Let me know what you can do with a ballpark quote for each item.
