Help with small lathe repair

I'm looking for someone with experience who can help me get my lathe back up and running. I have a Jet 1014 VS wood turning lathe. I tried changing the variable speed belt but can't quite get the spindle back to where it needs to be. I live in Buckingham, PA, but I could bring the lathe to you. I'd be willing to travel 25-30 miles. Thanks.
