I have experience With renovations and cash. Looking to split properties 50/50... and split work needed to rehab properties then split profits. I’m looking To scale up by taking on more projects. Please only respond if you are successful, motivated, have cash and experience renovating homes, etc. I have plenty of RE experience, so please don’t try and take advantage of this add. Or maybe your a licensed and insured contractor looking for more projects? I can put up the project, you cover the work and cost of materials and maybe we can work out a deal. 20% of profit margin etc.
