L.I.D. Landscapes is a Longmont Landscape Management firm. We are seeking Construction Foremen to produce high quality landscape installations. Client satisfaction and performing work within allowed hours is essential. We are looking for someone who will contribute to the company-wide duties, responsibilities, goals and objectives of L.I.D. Landscapes. Typical Physical and Mental Demands: Requires constant mobility around office and yard. Requires constant walking, standing, grasping, sitting, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting (up to 50 pounds). Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Requires ability to work extended hours with regular contact with LID team members. Requires ability to work in an open work environment. Responsibilities: • Produce quality landscapes safely using the allotted materials and labor hours. • Communicate with client, production manager and subcontractors. • Coordinate and stage the projects efficiently on site through support team. • Assume the responsibility of loading and unloading your truck for the following day. • Handle material and equipment in a proper and safe manner to avoid damage and injury. • Accurately complete required work records in a timely fashion. For example; daily timesheet, accident reports and pre-trip inspection reports. • Manage crew members for efficient production. Qualifications: • 5 years of landscape installation experience • Must have a Drivers License and a copy of the Motor Vehicle Record. Hours: 45-55 hrs per week, Monday – Saturday, between 6 am – 6 pm. Candidate must be available for evenings, weekends and holidays for snow plow support during snow events.
